Using Power Automate, we developed a solution that sent real-time alerts to staff via email, SMS, phone calls, and a new digital pager app. The system included escalation functionality, ensuring alarms were acknowledged and acted upon promptly. Staff could also manage and escalate alarms directly through the app, improving communication and accountability.
